Gurly AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Gurly AI web application.
When you use Gurly AI, you may submit text (such as messages or conversations) for analysis. This content is processed in real-time to generate results.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, your email address, and your name (if provided by Google).
If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We do not receive or store your full credit card number. Stripe may share limited transaction details (last 4 digits, expiration date) for your records.
We may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and basic usage data to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We use your information to provide text analysis results, operate and improve the app, process subscriptions and payments, and maintain service reliability and performance.
Submitted text is not stored long-term after processing. We do not build personal profiles based on your content. We do not use your submitted text for advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
We use trusted service providers strictly as necessary to operate the service: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic (AI analysis). These providers only receive data necessary to operate their services.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information during transmission and processing.
You can stop using the app at any time, request account deletion by contacting support@gurlyai.com, and manage your subscription through your account settings.
Gurly AI is not intended for children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be reflected with a new effective date.
